Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm All other times + £10.00 * The prices shown above are to carry out one repair and are intended for emergency call out and minor remedial work. Any further work would be chargeable at our standard hourly rates or by quote which would be advised by our engineer. There are no hidden extra's, THE PRICE YOU SEE IS THE PRICE YOU PAY. We do not charge per half hour, we do not charge for the use of every day machinery, we do not charge to nip off to suppliers for parts! 2. Reduced rate on site. We offer reduced rates to insurance customers when remedial work is required provided that the work is carried out without leaving site. This is normally work not covered under your insurance policy or after completion of your first repair as above. 3. Annual inspections. We offer our customers an annual plumbing inspection which includes a look see drain camera to pin point any area's which may require attention. This service is only available when purchased by standing order and is planned in advance to minimise disruption for the client.
